Cancellation & Refund Policy

Online Consultations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance → Full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment → No refund.
• Rescheduling is free if requested more than 24 hours in advance.

Online Prescriptions

• Cancellation requests can be made within 3 hours of purchase (or 3 hours into the next working day if purchased outside normal hours).
• If a prescription has been issued, refunds cannot be provided.
• If a prescription request is declined for safety reasons, you may receive:
  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative option (if suitable).

Home Test Kits (if offered)

• You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the kit if unopened and unused.
• Opened/tampered kits cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–10 business days.
